We truly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very nice but not over the top, like we kind of expected for the price. Not a lot of little details. Poor quality towels, toilet paper, and shower water was not hot enough. Although, the staff members were very kind and welcoming. Updated lobby. Our tv wasn't working correctly, they came to fix it timely but it didnt work again shortly after. They didn't charge us for the internet in return... which was nice. They did send us complimentary dessert room service, as we were celebrating our anniversary. That was very kind and very much appreciated. Sort of a mixed review, but we would stay again.

The lobby itself was very cold. Even the clerk checking us in acknowledged, and said that is why she was wearing a double sweater. When we entered the room saw the thermostat was set at 68 F. Had to shut the unit and had to wait a few hours before it became bearable. I am sure could save some electric billing expenses, if temps were set to some moderate limits. Now the toilets. It is set so low that seniors like me had tough time sitting and especially getting off. A few of my friends had the same horrifying experience. One person said they almost fell off of it while trying to get up. Hope your renovations will take care of this problem.
