Nice hotel, but needs a few upgrades
Very nice hotel and nicely decorated. Hotel entrance doors could use an upgrade though, as they are impossible to open if you have many bags. Sofa bed provided the worst night of sleep for me in a long time. Book separate rooms instead of a suite with a sofa bed if you have kid with you! Streaming Netflix was also nearly impossible. Requires setting up accounts and paying for separate wifi plan even if you want to stream through a mobile phone, and after a while it stopped working altogether.

The entire staff on New Years Eve was absolutely awesome. Everything we requested was granted from the corner suite facing downtown Dallas so we could watch the fireworks to bringing us a microwave to warm up late night snacks after all the drinking we did. Everyone was so polite and courteous and we love this location and particularly this Omni! We will always return back to this one!
