The shower in the bathroom was tiny. The door would be half way in the shower when fully opened. Valet took 40 minutes to retrieve my car 2/3 days of my stay. Room service menu is limited and food is average.

Was an amazing stay and a beautiful location. Staff was in a great mood. Only complaint is tv in restroom didn’t work. Other than that was an awesome experience.

Frustrating. They didn't make beds or refresh linens during our stay at all. My husband and I spent an hour trying to get in our room one night going up and down the elevator 6 times. Meanwhile the staff kept passing us off with "another room key". I felt as though we were treated as if we were dumb. Battery died to our room key opener and somehow it was our problem? Our time was wasted. Would not stay here agan.
