Just a bunch of unprofessionals running the show. Showed up at the front desk after a long flight only to be told I have no reservation with them. This was very frusrating before I was eventually allowed to check in. The price in my booking was less than what I was asked to pay because I used the pay at front desk option and I was only allowed to pay for a night even though I was staying for 4. Every morning I was constantly bombarded with calls to renew. Next morning someone banging on my door and opened it up even though I locked it from behind. Reported to front desk and I was told it was room service. This place is not ready for business avoid like the plague
