Beautiful hotel but needs some updates. AC barely worked in the room but it was freezing in the hallway. Thermostat in room did nothing. Didn’t turn it on or off or cooler. Room was so warm we slept without blankets. We thought it was an issue with our room but after talking with other guests it was an issue for them as well.

Lovely property. However, even though I specifically requested a mobility accessible room when booking, I was told there were none available and even told that I hadn’t requested one. Also, we were on the 10th floor and still woke up several times due to extremely noisy street traffic.

Overall this was a great place to stay! I would come here again. My only qualm was that the wifi was spotty and it was difficult to connect. I thought it was maybe bc I was on the 18th floor, but there were also times it was spotty in the lobby.

Beautiful Historic Building
My room was on the 27th floor and I loved it. I wish I'd known silver that only two of the four elevators reach that for though. I had to account for the extra wait time when deciding what time to leave, but other than that I loved my space. Downtown was super busy at the time that I stayed, which was great because it felt so lively and there was always something to do. The hotel is perfectly located for you to explore different cuisines in the area.
