An elevator was not working and there was a long line to get into an elevator. Kids were crying and a lady was yelling to me, "I'm warning you, don't stay in this hotel". My son had to take my bags up 5 flight of stairs for me so I did not have to wait with them (my son was staying in another hotel). The drapes were dirty, light cover on the bed, noisy street with loud cars. A lot of homeless on our walk from the convention center to the hotel.

Comfortable bed, what would be nice is have and ice machine and microwave in every floor. Went through expedia and they still promote the milk and cookies every evening. Looking forward to that with the kids.

Salona working the front desk gave my reservation to someone named Brandon Pasano. She the put me in a very small dark, hot room on 24th floor. I did not feel safe knowing she gave my room to a man and I am a woman traveling alone. Also only two elevators working all weekend. And ridiculous they have 26 floors and ice machines only on third floor.

Valet parking guys were great but no self-parking option so an extra $50 tacked on to the bill. No one at the front desk when we tried to check in and no apology when they arrived after a 10 minute wait. How hard would that be?? Plus several elevators broken. I won’t be back.
