Beautiful hotel!! Staff was very communicative. Room was quiet! Room was smaller, but that was fine for us!! Bed was incredibly comfortable with comfortable pillows as well. Hotel was with in walking distance from everything. Coffee shop inside hotel was great!!

The lobby was clean. The room was dark and they only clean on request. I had asked early in the morning 7:30 am for the room to be cleaned and it was not. Upon my 5 pm return they stated that the cleaning staff had left and they only clean on request. We advised that we spoke to the front desk to clean as a huge locust/ grasshopper was in the bathroom. They did not clean the towels or room. I had to kill the bug in the shower and asked again for it to be cleaned. They finally sent someone to replace the towels and clean the tub but bare minimum. Finally the next day it was cleaned. Would not recommend this hotel as it was to dark and didn't make us feel like a home away from home. The photo online of the room is not what we had.

We stayed here so we could attend a concert at the Factory in Deep Ellum. The room was really nice and clean, and the air conditioning was super cold!

The room was "clean" but poorly maintained and lack of detail. There was absolutely no attention to detail when it came to cleaning a room. Either the standard are low or they need to retrain housekeeping. I even asked for housekeeping one day and no one showed. Im not one to make a stick but i was appalled

Extremely rude female staff member upon check in. Would not allow me to check in 30 minutes prior to 4pm chrck in time without paying $55. This is the latest check in I’ve ever seen. Allowed couple in front of me to do it for free. $45 valet. She was just as rude upon check out.

We always stay here when we're in the area!! Great hotel, amazing staff, and it's right in the middle of everything! I recommend staying here to anyone I talk to that headed to the Downtown Dallas area!!
