Even though we brought our pet with us. When we entered our room the room had a very strong dog smell and I know it was not our cat. I had to go to the store to buy something to spray the room.

Disgusting

The room had roaches. The staff were incredibly rude, literally getting on the elevator with laundry baskets full of nasty linens, in front of guests and pushing us to the back. The breakfast attendant shut down and started turning off lights and picking up food while we were still in line. Nasty rooms

Make sure room service closes your door afterwards

We left the building to handle business while room service worked on our room. When we returned to the building, our door was still open with all of our belongings inside.
