Had another little guest staying with us that we didn’t invite. Door to the fridge was hard to close as it was broken and it made the loudest noise. The microwave plate kept moving and was also loud. Bed was hard. Overall, I paid for what I got and barely got any sleep.

The room they assigned us was not cleaned- linen piled on floor, towels, just plainly not addressed before our check in. We walked in and walked back out only to be told that we have already checked in and there aren’t any other rooms as they are booked. So then we asked can it be cleaned, they said they didn’t have any staff available to service the room… so we left and booked somewhere else, but since we “checked in” had to deal with it.

Very nice hotel. I actually stayed here years ago when it went by another name. Housekeeping was nice too. I’ll say they need to replace the pull out in the room I stayed in and the dresser because the drawers wouldn’t not close/stay shut.
