La propiedad está en condiciones decentes aunque no para el estandar de Wyndham. Fue nuestra primera vez en hoteles La Quinta y tenía otra expectativa ya que me habían dado muy buenas referencias. La condición del hotel es promedio, limpieza de las habitaciones es ok. No tuvimos ningún problema con el staff de front desk pero si se mostrarán más atentos la experiencia puede ser mejor. Aunque no fue la mejor experiencia debo decir que tampoco fue mala. Tienen buen desayuno y lo necesario para pasar la noche. Eso sí, los cuartos estaban bastante limpios lo cual es prioridad para mí, el resto es secundario. El hotel está adjunto a otros hoteles lo cual nos hizo sentir seguros ya que no conocenos el área.

Wonderful without hot water
The stay itself was wonderful, the staff was great and friendly. My only complaint was that we stayed there for 5 nights and it wasn't until night 5 that we finally had hot water.

Construction scaffolding around the entire perimeter of the building, debris throughout. A homeless man was camping out under my window all night and even though I was on the third floor, I could hear him arguing with himself all night. The hallways needed vacuuming and the air freshener was so strong you could taste it when you walk down the hallways. The breakfast was bland, some undercooked and some overcooked. The staff was lovely though. Very professional and kind.

The room and the couch bed was dirty. We had payed for two queen beds and the receptionists gave us one queen bed and one couch bed. When we told her to change us from room she said no and just gave us bed sheets for us to change on the couch bed.

There were no towels in our room. Called and asked front desk for some and they said they’d bring some up. Thirty minutes later called to see what was up and they said we needed to come get the towels because they were busy. Went downstairs and there was no customers in the lobby and no one on the phone so it didn’t seem anyone was busy. Shower faucet had hot and cold reversed, and it never got above lukewarm temperature.
