In my room my children woke up with bits on them and when we check the beds there were bedbugs on the bed and walls. When we told front desk they switch rooms but a lady named accused me of lying and called her supervisor to verify and when she did she spoke to him in Spanish so I couldn’t understand what she was saying and then told me to make sure I give the correct room number even though I did when I spoke to the supervisor

The room was great, except for the tub. The tub seemed like it was plastered over, but it was peeling and cracking on the inside. Otherwise, everything else, including the service was great.

The floor to my room was not sweeped. The bathroom has dry blood on the floor and hair in the shower. I went to buy clearing products so i could use the shower. The cover in the middle of the sheet and blanket had some type of brown stains on it. The doors to stairs and rooms would slam all day and night. There should shut softly. The cleaning ladies as blasting music early in the mornings in the hall while you are trying to sleep.
