I was put in a room on the 4th floor and the parking lot was empty. The first room I went into had a smashed TV. I let the front desk know and they moved me to the room next to the first one. This room did not have a fridge. So I go looking for an ice machine. Sure there is one on each floor, but the only one that worked is on the 2nd floor.

Worst experience ever..DO NOT BOOK HERE
I had booked this hotel months in advance. When we arrived, we were given a room that was dirty. We went back to the front desk and were told that we would get another room, but the front desk clerk wanted to check it out first, after he returned he said it was good gave us the keys. When we went up to the room, the key did not work so I had to go back to the front desk and the clerk came up with us to open the door and there was somebody asleep in the room. The room in fact was not empty and available. Not sure how he went to check on the room and then came back and told us that it was fine when it was occupied. he then proceeded to tell me that there is another room that I can have but one bed will not be made due to a previous guest needing two beds so they checked out of the room but the rest of the room should be fine. We get to our third room and it is completely filthy. Trash coming out of the trash cans dishes everywhere both of the beds are completely messed up. We go back to the front desk where he proceeds to tell us he has no rooms to offer us and our reservation has to be canceled and refunded. By this time its 11 PM at night and he is telling us we have to try and find another room. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.

The general manager went above and beyond to help us with our stay. We had to add more days for the first reservation. Then he helped keep us in the same room, which was extremely helpful for my wife and I since she just had surgery and needed an accessible room.

3 of 6 days our room wasn't cleaned, even after requesting daily with the front desk. We went to the front desk and asked for clean towels since our room wasnt cleaned. They stated they wouldn't have clean towels till 8am the next morning. What hotel doesn't have towels. Frustrating and disappointed. Won't stay there again.

We tried to speak with the manager regarding our concerns and we never got a call. For starters, the hotel was not as clean as expected. We had to beg and remind them for room service. The front desk staff are very nice but that is the only thing they have going. The AC/Heater in our room smelled so bad that it was unbearable we had to turn it off and bear the temperature. I could go on but I will say that I expected more. There was one day that the whole hotel smelled like sewage! Unacceptable
