Nice place but had a terrible experience with check in and has yet to be resolved. I got charged for 3 nights instead of one. One of those nights has been refunded. The other has been in pending for 9 business days. All other places I stayed throughout this week that did authorizations cleared with a day or 2 however this one has not.ive asked multiple people for assistance and they keep saying it will go back in however almost 2 weeks later and still nothing.

Great hotel for work or play. Couldn’t ask for a better location, better staff or cleaner facility. It was perfect. This was our third stay at this hotel within the last 8 months. Theres so much to do with just a short walk to the Stonebriar Centre. The one and only critique is the best is really soft. Which is not my preference. But may be others. Otherwise, perfection.

Front desk clerk was amazing and super friendly. Valet was a little slow as she was also working the shuttle bus. Corner room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.
