The front desk attendees were tremendous. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Booked 6 rooms for athletes attending a competition in Dallas, they asked hows the stay and how were the athletes performing daily.

I have stayed here two times. The last time i stayes there there were no elevators. Now there is ine that barely works. There is no daily housekeeping. They always say they are short staffed but I am sure they just dont want to do daily hoysekeeping. The staff are very nice and friendly.

It was okay elevators kept getting stuck the made it look like their bar was nice in website it really disappointed me the breakfast was not to my liking they ran out of juices and oatmeal at about 8 never replaced neither was disappointed in that aspect

This hotel is good for just a quick trip. We were in dallas for some wedding business and simply needed somewhere to shower and sleep. The shower had what looked to be rust or maybe dirt. Only one elevator worked and it was extremely slow. The complimentary breakfast is nice, not the best, but food for some grab and go fruit. Parking is free which is also nice. The loudest ever A/C unit. You can’t sleep when it’s on but when it’s off, the room gets hot. Overall the room was very spacious.

Hotel was pretty nice. GOOD breakfast for hotel food, even better coffee. The staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable to our family. The beds were pillow top and that's what we have at home, so very nice. The hotel was close to quite a bit of fast food places, Costco and other stores and gas stations. It is also located right by the high five.
