Refreshing customer care and exceptionally clean!!

I came in late night after 2 flights and dead to the world and the young gentleman that checked me in was so pleasant that even with all my travel grumpiness, I had to reset and appreciate seeing great customer service. Unfortunately, it is more and more rare to see someone striving for excellence in the customer service industry. I don’t care why he is/was; if he is striving for a promotion or wants to have his own hotel someday possibly. What I do know is that guy will be successful at whatever endeavor he chooses in the future. Thank you, Sir. I wish I could have remembered your name. The front desk staff was more interested on his phone than in helping me with the check out. Completely unacceptable and rude. The hotel is old and just below average for the area and therefore overpriced. We come to Dallas often but we won’t stay here again.
