I had no air conditioning or heating. During the day temperatures reached 82 degrees in the room and at night in the lower 60's. A staff member brought in a floor ac unit that did not cool the room sufficiently. I do not understand why I was not given another room with a working air conditioning unit.

I had two dogs for the stay. Receptionist were oddly very rude. Expedia says $75 per stay for dog feed these guys charged me 250 dollars. This is a huge scam. I got a weird allergy from this hotel too and i never get allergy. I am a consultant always on the road. Worst experience Ever! I always stay at Hilton and i am a gold member too. But this was worst in the whole hilton chain.

The property in general was fairly clean in public areas, but our room had a not so pleasant smell when we arrived. We turned the AC on thinking it just needed some circulation but this did not solve the issue. When it came time to go to bed, we pulled the covers back to find a brown stain on one side of the fitted sheet. Upon further investigation, we found another stain on the mattress cover in the same area and a much larger stain on the mattress itself. This is where the smell was coming from and made us wonder if these sheets were properly cleaned and changed. It was late, so my husband went down to the desk with photos and asked for help. He was given new bedding for us to place over the stained bedding and told management would be made aware and a credit given. The next morning, we requested the mattress be removed and replaced because we were attending a convention and did not have time to move everything to another room. The mattress was replaced before we came back. At checkout we were told because we booked through a 3rd party, a credit could not be given. We will not be booking at this location again.

Wish it was a better room experience.

I stayed in room 400 and I'm not sure what was going on, but all 3 windows had portable air conditioners in them. Bulky amd was not able to close curtains all the way. I later found out why. Our room was not cooling down with the central air. The pull out sofa's mattres was very uncomfortable. The shower was not drainging well. By the end of my shower, I was standing in dirty water. These are minor fixes amd should be addressed before selling that room.

Dirty and run down

We booked this hotel for our basketball tournament that was right across the road. Unfortunately, we got in very late the night before and all other hotels around the area were booked or we would have packed up and went somewhere else. Our room was filthy. There were bugs lining the wall behind one bed. Stains/food all over the carpet, couch, and drapes. For almost $200 a night I was shocked at the state of the hotel. Extremely disappointed.

The property was excellent and the two front desk clerks on my evening arrival was excellent help Make my stay even more special. Had to have surgery so I needed a handicapped room with two beds and walk in shower. Needed room one first floor with close access to parking. Misty and the other very kind lady was able to get me room 126 which was absolutely perfect!! I highly recommend this hotel and the hospitality of the staff to ensure that all my needs were meet. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel when in Dallas. Best experience ever at hotel and staff being so helpful! Thank you ladies!
