The cleanliness of the hotel rooms is very bad. The restrooms looked like they have not been cleaned in weeks and the room desk/nightstands were very dusty. Also, upon arrival there was a very weird smell in the lobby and for some reason there were a lot of flies there too. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express's, and they have not been like this one. This is by far the worst I have seen. I would definitely do not recommend staying at this specific location.

Lobby smelled of smoke
The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in - I asked if we were in a non-smoking room and he told me it was a non-smoking building - but walking in it did not smell that way. Thankfully our room was fine.

Quick check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and very polite and very helpful. The room was nice and spacious and quiet. Offered a variety of food options for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Sounds silly but we wouldn’t stay again because the shower water was so cold we weren’t able to wash our hair during the stay. All of the sinks were similar luke warm temps throughout the hotel. Assuming it is turned down for safety purposes but it was miserable. Otherwise the location and facility was great!

Made a reservation through hotels.com When I arrived I was doubled charged for my room. Hotels.com charged my card once and then the actual hotel charged my card… so I paid for one room twice and still have not received my reimbursement from the hotel… have never had this problem before. Makes it hard to see the convenience in useing apps or sites like these honestly.

It is a very friendly environment. What I did not expect was to request room service for cleaning after being 3 days at the hotel. Cleaning ahould be on daily basis.
