We were there for a week, when we asked for room serviced they forgot to leave towels. We had no wifi service in the room. Breakfast was scarce, no cartons of milk or yogurt, regardless of the time. Desk clerks were great on all shifts though.🙂

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the hotel. I had booked two rooms for my relatives for two nights, and unfortunately, due to a flight delay, they arrived later than expected. Despite informing the front desk staff about the delay and the situation, I was shocked to find that they were marked as "no-show" and were not accommodated upon arrival. What has left me even more frustrated is the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the front office staff. I called ahead to ensure they were aware of the situation, and yet they did not make any effort to assist or offer a solution. The staff member I spoke with seemed to show little understanding of the circumstances and offered no resolution except making me book and pay again, which was extremely disappointing. Given the situation, I expected better communication, flexibility, and customer service, particularly when the issue was not the fault of the guests.
