Property is falling apart. We checked in and the first room we were put in smelled moldy and had the ceiling falling in, when we went back down to the checkin the guy didn't seem surprised and didn't seem like he was going to switch our room until I said there was also water on the floor. Second room was fine. The ice machine on our floor was broken and part of the reason we chose this hotel was for the laundry room which was out of service. The breakfast was good but only until 9am.

I called for the shuttle 3 times, and it took over an hour and a half. Apparently many shuttles service the hotel but no one informed me of that. Everything in the room was also very damp, my clothes were damp the next day. The breakfast was very good though.
