We booked two rooms but hotels.com only sent over one. The hotel room needs a major renovation. The bathroom tile was cracking and coming up all over. Overall the hotel needs an update.

Manager Unreliable. No Shuttle.

They advertise an airport shuttle that starts at 5am, so I put my name down for that shuttle when I checked in. When I showed up at 5am, I learned the manager hadn’t bothered to schedule a driver and didn’t tell the front desk staff. Apparently this is very common.

Clerks were helpful clean as possible but hotel was in very poor condition once in rooms, lobby is nice but mold growing in bathroom and walls had cuts and peeling Sheetrock.
