Truly an incredible location. The gentlemen at the front desk were helpful, kind, and treated our group like esteemed guests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was fun, and parking was super easy. Would recommend a stay here to anyone.

The property itself was clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, my overall experience left a lot to be desired. I initially paid $100 through Expedia, with the understanding that the remaining balance of $214 would be due upon check-in. However, after a long day of traveling, I arrived only to be told by the front desk that I owed an additional $400 — far more than I had budgeted for. The front desk staff tried to explain that because I booked through Expedia, the $100 was considered a deposit, and they "don’t do deposits" on their end. In an attempt to help, the staff member took my phone — which was open to my bank account — and began scrolling through my transaction history without asking. Although he did confirm the $100 charge, it took about 15 minutes of back-and-forth before he went to speak with someone in the back. Eventually, he returned and said they would wait until the charge cleared the next day, which it did. They then processed the correct charge of $314. While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, the situation was unnecessarily stressful and could have been handled with more clarity and professionalism. Additionally, my room key repeatedly stopped working. When I returned to the front desk for help, a different staff member seemed dismissive and offered no real assistance. Super friendly and helpful staff! Pool was open and clean, complimentary breakfast (6:30-9:30am) was delicious, with rotating hot foods, hot cinnamon rolls, pancake machine, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. We had a great time!

The room never got cold, the staff wasn’t that friendly. We got woke up on our 2nd night at 3 am by the front desk & the police screaming that no one was supposed to be in our room. My husband had so wake up show identify and the entire time they were at the wrong room. The guy didn’t even apologize just went to the next room. I called the next morning to speak with a manager and no one even took the time to call me back. Very disappointing

Overall the hotel and room were really nice. The bed was comfortable, the room and public areas were clean, and breakfast was great. The only complaint was we could hear the train go by outside and the AC was loud when it kicked on.
