Was super worried after reading reviews before arrival. Hotel is under renovation - so no amenities available, but staff, room and property were awesome. Super convenient to Uber to American Airlines Center. Definitely would stay again! Thank you!

Decent for the price despite it being renovated so some things were not available. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in our bathroom and the toilet bowl was really gross and dirty dark ring around the top of the bowl. Everything else was clean. Not sure if I will stay here again because the other Holiday Inn Express locations have just been much better we stayed here to go to a concert close by. Easy to get an uber to and from. Plenty of food places around to choose from.

False Advertising
This was false advertising. I paid in advance based on the description on hotels.com. After I checked in and they took my card imprint for "incidentals" and they gave me my keycard, they said, "Oh, incidentally, we're having renovations so the pool is closed, the fitness center is close, and the restaurant is closed. You can have a grab n go breakfast in the morning." The "grab n go breakfast" was a plate of muffins on a folding table in the midst of construction debris. The place looked rundown and dark, so it definitely needs renovation. But they should say in their description the facilities that are closed. Again, false advertising.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall, and the staff were great and very helpful. However, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which may affect some aspects of the experience. For a smoother check-in, make sure to have your vehicle’s tag number, make, model, and year ready. This will speed up the process and avoid the need to run out to the parking lot.

The building was under remodel choose this site for the amenenties and that was never commincuated by expedia or Hotel directly when booking. No pools No bar & restaurant. Not as advertised. We took shirt trip into town to enjoy those amenities only to be disappointing. Travel 4-5 x year and this has been the worse.

The property was under construction, so none of the amenities were available. This was not listed on Expedia's website, which leads to false advertisement. Our toilet was not flushing, so we had to change rooms. There was lots of noise due to construction.

No pool as advertised- no restaurant- no gym.
Horrible property was under construction. Property was in bad shape. Could not sleep at all during the day. Loud drilling and hammering. Would never have had stayed if I knew that I was not getting what I paid for.
