Based on the other reviews here I expected this to be a much better experience. My room was not properly cleaned (I kept discovering signs of this gradually) - there was spilt popcorn on one of the beds when I first stepped in (it was white and blended into the comforter, but still ; did the housekeeper snack there, or was that from the previous guest?) Later I discovered hair in the shower, dirt in the corners of both, the bathroom and the bedroom (the corner around the chair had not been vacuumed in a very long time). There was also mold in the bathroom. Another thing was the peculiar lack of anything to hang towels on. Also, my room faced the highway and was rather noisy - without the white noise machine I brought with me I wouldn't have gotten much sleep. While all this certainly left bad taste, I will admit that the location was very convenient to the event I attended and the price was on the lower side for the area. Perhaps this was a case of You get what you pay for, but the rating made me expect something better.

Little bit disappointed
The room was clean but my son said it smelled like grandma’s house. I decided to go relax by the pool. The pool was murky. I didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it. Also the sound from the traffic was so intense that I tried to make a phone call and they couldn’t hear me. So not very relaxing. The hot tub was a comfortable temperature- not super hot - and the jets wouldn’t turn on. I asked for help at the front desk and he said to give him a few minutes and he never came. I sat in the warm water and tried to enjoy myself. Later that night I tried to call housekeeping for a blanket and nobody ever answered. I called several times. So I called the front desk and was placed on hold where I could hear him talking to other customers for quite a long time and I finally hung up. I never got a call back. Also, we were told that the bar and restaurant is only open during the weekdays. Why? Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly.

Nice hotel, but a few things I wish were different. Consider normal showers! Had to take a little while to figure out the “over the top” avant-guard shower head hardware configuration. It was not cool and not the wave of the future. $15 for your continental breakfast? Is bidenomics really affecting you that much? Your staff, however, were awesome!
