Bed was extremely bumpy. Which made it very difficult to sleep. Given we stayed New Year’s Eve people were loud in the halls till 2:30 - 3 am. Price remains high for a hotel that definitely needs some room updates and renovations to keep up of value the prices.

This is our 3rd time staying here and it gets better each time. The only down side was they are doing renovations and the bar area was closed off. We really like the bar! We really was looking forward to that!

Overall this is a good hotel. I was disappointed in the service. Felt understaffed. Waited a long time until someone was even at the desk to check me in and when tried calling the front desk from the room, no one would pick up the phone.
