This is a very beautiful hotel to stay in and most of the workers are very nice. Got a couple, very snooty, young men very late at night. At the check-in desk who were not too thrilled, offering assistance other than that the rest of the employees were so friendly and so helpful. The only real problem I feel what this location is lack of dining options. They were closed very early. There was nothing open 24 hours , You need a car to go anywhere or to take their tram, which is very convenient. It takes you all over, but only on certain hours. I really did not eat a lot because I didn't want to continue to do DoorDash for the 3 days that I was there, gets expensive. But it's an absolutely beautiful hotel

PRETTY GOOD WEEKEND
In town for a 3 day weekend. Heat wasnt working in our initial room. Maintenence was called. He was there in 15 minutes. Replaced the heating aliment. Still wasn't working. So were moved to another room with no issues. Even discounted our parking fees for the inconvenience. Other than that. The hotel was AWESOME. Will definitely stay again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cold room took forever to warm up
Overall great stay. The room was cold and it took hours to heat up after adjusting the thermostat. However, the front desk sent up a couple of blankets. It was good.

The hotel would not cancel my reservation despite an unexpected illness. I paid for both nights and wasn’t offered a credit or even a partial refund. To be honest, the room rate clearly stated non-refundable, but a little grace would have gone a long way to insuring future stays at this property.

Property and staff were helpful and accommodating during my stay. The bathrooms you can tell are older and on the small side, but they serve the purpose intended. I would stay here again on future stays in Dallas.

Too noisy in the room. The rooms seem older, they have shared door to join two rooms. The problem is that the shared door is near the head of the bed and there seems to be very little noise blocking between the two rooms. The first night the lady in the room next to me was on a phone call until late, it sounded like she was in MY room on the phone. Making it very difficult to sleep. The next morning the cleaning crew was cleaning the next door room and again it was very loud in my room. I don't know how they can fix this but there needs to be noise blocking between the rooms.
