I was a little disappointed that the pool and food options where so limited. The room i felt was overpriced because we had a view, well that view was a roof and a parking lot. The bathroom was so small, closing the door for use was ridiculous. The staff however where all very nice and helpful when we did talk to them or went to the Median and or the pool bar. The pool said it closed at 9pm, but why close the bar at 5 or 6pm and then turn off the music, block the rest of the pool area and no staff, no waiters and the pool side food was over priced and meant for kids, with no other options to choose from.

The air conditioning did not work in the room that we were in. We were initially sent a fan, then an engineer and then finally put in a new room. From the first call to being moved it was approx 3 hours. We were moved to a new room at 5am. I was told I be refunded the one night however I was only refunded $133 the night was $270
