This is an older hotel, but fairly well kept. Outdated carpet and furniture. The conference rooms are very cold. The staff was not very friendly. SER was overpriced, but very good and the staff there was wonderful.

The tv remote didn't work had to have service in multiple times. they do not have the ability to stream. On expedia they do not easily post that the lazy river and swim up bar are season so we came here for that and found out it was closed for their season. It was in fact on expedia but in the very fine print. When I complained that it was deceptive to have photos and charge a full resort fee the hotel would not offer any compensation for that. Oh and did I mention they decided to test their fire system on the weekend we were there to nap and relax? If I had know we about the resort not being fully operational I would of stayed at the embassy suites for $100 less a night , no resort fee and breakfast include. They had zero compassion about my complaint. This was the second time we came here and I will never return after being so misled.

The bedding was terrible. I have literally stayed at a cheap Hampton inn with better bedding than this upscale hotel. Blow dryer was old con air cheap. There were no bathrobe in the room as promised. There was only 1 restaurant open to eat at. Definitely not the luxurious experience I expected.
