A/C in bedroom noisy when starting. Bathroom sliding door edge/bracket sloppy. Main shower head flow low - needs cleaned. Only one bath size towel. No kitchen towel. Ice bin not sized to fit under ice maker in freezer. Window coverings in suite “cheap” black mesh; better window coverings in lower rated hotel chains. $25 per night for parking on property is ridiculous when paying already inflated nightly rate. However, breakfast was very good.

Wife and I stared for the ELO concert. Walking distance from AA center. Very cost effective, clean rooms, very convenient parking and the people that work there were great. Breakfast was fantastic. We loved the experience.

Property is run down. Does not line up with most locations tied to Hyatt. There is a weird smell across the lobby and into the rooms. The windows are dirty and full of spider webs. It felt really uncomfortable to think of sleeping in an environment that felt like it has been neglected, especially when you expect a place more aligned with the standard set by the brand, and when the images mislead you to believe you’re getting the quality you paid for. We ended up having the staff cancel our reservation and issue a refund, which we’re still waiting to clear. We went elsewhere.

Well.. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was clean enough, not sparkling but I’m not THAT picky. My issue came with the AC Unit in my room which resembled a quiet diesel engine. Every time it would kick off it would shudder, waking me up from dozing off to sleep. After a night of frustration with that, I got up to have my morning shower, to which I was granted only luke warm water, and that’s putting it nicely. i waited almost 15 minutes thinking maybe it’s just because I’m on the 3rd or 4th floor (can’t remember). I decided to call the front desk to ask if there was a way we could fix the issue. I called twice and no one answered. At this point extremely frustrated, I decided to pack my things up and leave. On my way out I found the front desk, clerk sleeping at the desk with the lights off. Not only that but another worker screwing around preparing breakfast and not saying a word to this other employee. Letting him sleep. I understand that maybe someone could be tired and working three jobs or whatever scenario. But I paid nearly $200 for this room, I expect at least bare minimum for that kind of price.

Amazing stay but room felt stuffy
Everything was great, only thing to comment on was the room temperature, the a/c was not cooling the room down and was uncomfortable while getting ready, actually sweating, and sleeping through the night.
