The shower is a little cramped to fit in a bathtub that is pretty shallow. For the price of the room you would expect a more luxurious stay. The glass at the rooftop pool was not clean making it difficult to see through. The same dirty smudge on the door of the bath room was present after a service. The details were lacking. Food was fantastic. View was exactly what we paid for!

This hotel is so very convenient to the airport. We were really impressed with the decor. The restaurant is off the charts. Excellent, excellent, excellent food and service.

The front desk service person was dismissive and rude when I asked if she had my Hyatt number on file. Her answer was, "you booked through a third party so we don't recognize you as a Hyatt frequent guest". If that's true, Hotels.com should help correct that as I can book any hotel chain through your site so if I'm a loyal Hyatt or Bonvoy or other chain, why not allow the points? She could have been much nicer and/or friendly and she wasn't.
