Extremely loud people and staff outside of our door while we were sleeping. Then when we went to check out, elevator never came so we had to lug all of our bags down the stairs from the 4th floor. Horrible nights sleep and limited working amenities.

The bedding was good so we slept well. The mattress was not too hard, there was a bottom sheet and top sheet over the quilt so there were options for what to use during the night. Also there were size and hardness options for the pillows. The room was nicely appointed with an ironing board, iron, and luggage stands. The bathroom was clean and had nice quality products to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the clean dining area was excellent with many options including but not limited to eggs, bacon, cereal, bagels , and fresh fruit. Finally, it was extremely hot outside but the air conditioning system worked so well that we never were uncomfortable.
