The room was so humid the windows didn't open up so we could air out the room. The lady in the breakfast kicked us out at 9:30 when breakfast didn't end until 10:00. Adked the front desk clerk for towels and blankets and never received them. Had to go get them our selves several hours later. The parking was underground it was wet and humid.

Okay close to good.

Pros: Spacious room, fridge, microwave. Complimentary drinks during happy hour in the evening. Good breakfast buffet with made to order omelet bar as well! Free parking garage. Cons: Staff not responsive (asked for clean sheets, towels and never received) Location is not close to downtown attractions. Luckily we were visiting the Titanic exhibition so it was not too far from the hotel. But all other activities were far. The temperature and flow of the water was poor. Took forever for the water to warm up. Indoor pool but was not heated! Could hear the water flowing through the pipes at night when people above were showering? Overall for the price we paid was a solid 3.5 out of 5.

There was a terrible smell in the garage and the indoor pool was ice cold. So cold none of the guest could use it. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool for my granddaughters mini springbreak get away.
