These people double charge for my reservation with all my authorization I paid to Expedia and when I get in the hotel they putting in my car when I’m supposed to be Only Put The incident deposite of a Hundred Dollar charge for the whole reservation Again that happened twice I was going in their frequency And the hats free for me yet for 3 nights

We really liked our stay at this location. Our room was a king suite and it had so much room! We loved the ability to park in two different lots and the breakfast was above average. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms have been updated and well kept-sparkling clean.

First, let me say the staff was very nice, from the front desk to room service. The room me stayed in had ants on the night stand and around the kitchenette. There was also mold/mildew behind the bed.

Sad that this used to be such a nice hotel. Looks like this hotel is stuck in the 90's. Nothing has changed since I stayed here back then. The lobby was hot, the desk clerks had to have 2 fans blowing on them just to keep kinda cool. My room was OK, was never a comfortable cool/cold. Find another hotel to stay at in this area.

The airflow for the room temp was not good. The pool water was murky and nasty. I sent a message to the hotel prior to arrival and they responded with an answer that was not relevant to my question. The staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful.
