The property was very outdated, dark and dank. The bath tub in our room kept bubbling back up with debris and hair. Molding in bathroom was dirty and looked like there was past water damage. Caulking around sink was cracking and coming out. Spent 4 nights and no one even asked or attempted to clean our room. All the common areas around the lobby had dead plants or areas where plants should have been just had dirt. The elevators on one side of the building did not work for a day.

Spent $600 for a 2 bed suite, traveled across the country only to find out they switched us to a room with one bed. Me and my friend had to share a bed. With no discount, and no explanation.

Honestly the worst experience aside from the one staff member that checked me in. I would want a refund the room smelled like mildew the pool looked greenish/yellow and the ac in the room did not work I called the front desk several times with just being told I’ll call you back or I talked to maintenance and he said he will be up well never showed up and never got a cold room slept with no blankets just to stay cool .

The only reason why I’m even given this a good rating and not excellent is because early in the morning the fire alarm went off and I guess I was the only one who took it seriously, but I evacuated like the alert was telling me to do with its voice and I went outside And I was pretty much the only one that went out there the only other person was smoking after 10 minutes I go inside to the front desk and that’s when they tell me oh this was just a test I mean they could’ve gone and told me but it woke me up then I had to go back upstairs and get comfortable again and I overslept and they had to come wake me up to ask me to leave That was unacceptable to me. They could’ve come outside and let the people know that actually evacuated that it was a test or notify us on the speakerphone to evacuate that it was just a test still to wake us up was unacceptable. They could’ve waited between the hours of noon and three when they don’t allow check-in to do the test

It is a really nice hotel. The front desk manager isn’t very personable but he’s not rude, just very direct. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and tidy.

A very dated hotel in desperate need of an update. But it is affordable, a room and a bed for the night. The made to order breakfast was the best part of my stay. It felt isolated, it was very hard to get out of the parking lot - traffic wise - and it's not anywhere "near" to anything to eat, so you can't walk. This place is a great place for a good restaurant. I don't plan on staying here again.

Mediocre but nice. Just don't eat here.

The check in was quick and very friendly. I'm handicap and they didn't have a full in shower. Even waited for about 3 hours. And still got a tub shower with a bench. It made it hard but still dealt with it. The room was great tho. Extremely roomy and wonderful. Housekeeping was non-existent. Food was horrible. But still a nice and quite place.

The room was okay but very hot—it was 85 degrees when we arrived and didn’t cool off much. We specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool, but when we went to use it, the water was about 40 degrees, and the room was about 50. It was very disappointing having upset kids. Everything thing else about the hotel was perfectly fine. If you don’t want the pool it’s a good stay.

Mixed Experience, Could Be Improved I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some positives, there were several issues that need improvement. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly, but upon arrival, I found out the hotel had given me and another family the same room. This was frustrating as both families tried to enter with our keys. It seemed like the hotel may have been overbooked, but it shouldn't have happened. The parking garage was tight and confusing, with spaces close together and poor lighting, making it hard to park comfortably. Breakfast was disappointing—cold food that led to an upset stomach. The lobby was also very cold, and I’m unsure if the HVAC system was working. We were moved to a new room after I’d already unpacked, which felt unnecessary, especially since the other family hadn’t even entered the room yet. Lastly, the area surrounding the hotel was concerning, with many homeless individuals nearby, which negatively impacted the overall impression. Overall, while the cleanliness and staff were positive, the issues with room allocation, parking, food, comfort, and the surrounding area made this stay less enjoyable than expected.

Room was freezing and the lobby. Waited over 30 minutes to check in and was given complimentary drink coupons and was told it was after 7pm sorry can’t use them. So my husband had to get the manager to get him a drink. Wanted to add our Hilton honors number to get credit and the employee said he didn’t know how to look it up.

Disappointed as Embassy suites used to be a very upscale experience for the room and for meals/breakfast… My room was not cleaned at all nor was it restocked for the three nights I stayed there. I had to request these things at the desk and Carey coffee back to the room, no hairdryer in the room And my truck scraped the roof trying to get into the parking garage and there’s not nearly enough surface parking in safe lighted zones at street level.
