Had a bad experience with a dog that was not contained on a leash by owner. Dog (Pit bull) would have bitten me if I had not pushed it off quickly. Owner was rude about it even though he had left if 15 ft from him without a leash. All I did was walk past it and he lunged at me. I discussed it with front desk and the attendant was more defending the dog owner than being apologetic to me. She apparently was friends with the person. Not at all happy about the experience.

Generally, a very nice place to stay.

This hotel is great in every way, except the comfort of the beds. We stayed two nights, and slept very little because the beds are so hard. We were hurting all night. However, the included breakfasts, dinners, drinks, and snacks were great perks. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay again, as long as we can bring a mattress topper, so that we get some sleep.

Great hotel, staff and, accommodations. Three elevators, massive breakfast, happy hour with a full meal. Never had a problem with the internet. Comerica is directly next door, so exiting traffic at night could be a problem when they have events.

The shower had very little water pressure felt dirty, no comforter on the bed when the wife got cold, sink in bathroom would not drain, Kick back food was terrible! No bar stayed at the Richardson property several times and this place is equal to a roadside motel parking was a chore the breakfast was just ok,
