Hidden fees but great stay
Was advertised that there is free parking and there is NOT. Your cost is $16 per day so remember to add that to your cost. It has been 7 business days and still have not recieved security deposit back. Other than that my stay was pleasant and very clean

Ok but can be much better
I have mixed feelings about this stay. Crowne Plaza is usually amazing but this stay was weird. Our room was lacking an iron, a fridge and the phone was not working! We asked to be moved to a different room and the staff honored that after. We got mixed contradicting info about parking with one employee saying it is free today because their system is malfunctioning and another one saying no and then he started bad-mouthing her! I expected more from a Crowne Plaza. I am disappointed.

Over charging for parking . Needs police to patrol
Ive stayed at this hotel 13yrs now. And now there charging $15 a day to park No security I was on the 16 floor had to call front desk 3 times kids running around knocking on doors. Bfast was excellent but food gets cold very quick . Its freezing in the restaurant. I was very disappointed. NO FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FRONT DESK. JUST RUDE. I WILL NOT RETURN PARKING IS EXPENSIVE, AND ITS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT

The receptionist don’t even point you to where to go or if you’re done with the check in she just gave me the key after my ID, I had to ask if I was done with the check in, AC was not working properly! It was blowing hot air but the thermostat said 60 degrees, in the 2 days we stayed in there I killed 3 small roaches, the mini refrigerator smelled so bad, the toilet kept running there was water all over the floor when we arrived my husband had to plug the hose that was loose in there..

Mid. Just mid. The elevators were broken and there was 1 tiny roach in the room. The floors were also damp upon entry. The bed was amazing though! I never received my IHG points, nor did I get a receipt at check out.
