The lobby was very nice and the service was good but we ended up having to leave 2 days early due to fleas and a roach in our room. We found fleas in our first room and were able to switch rooms but after finding the roach in the 2nd room with more fleas we knew we had to leave.

The staff were very helpful. Beware Android users. The WiFi will bump you often, and signing back in doesn't get you an Internet connection. We finally found someone at the front desk who knew what to do. Breakfast was included in our room rate, however, the cafe is closed most weekdays, and no one told us that, or how to get our breakfast until the last morning. Our room was fairly clean, but the bathroom left something to be desired. The beds were not very comfortable.The immediate area around the hotel is kind of sketchy. We recommend staying on the east side of Central Expressway. We had better luck on that side of the highway.

This was a wonderful surprise in the center of Dallas. it was reasonably priced and so clean. I needed a hotel close to a surgery center and this hotel was in walking distance so I had little traffic to deal with. I look forward to staying here again when I return for follow-up medical treatment.
