There was a lot to like abt this property. The hotel was tucked away in an industrial part of GP, and not near the street at all. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely recommend this this nice hotel :)

The staff was very friendly. The overall enviroment / atmosphere was calming & peaceful. My king suite was clean & comfortable. The shower has safety bars as well if needed. Good location if wanting to go in the city of Dallas & Fort Worth. Also easy access to multiple eating shopping place in Grand Praire of Route 20 & in Arlington.

This property is tucked away but near to Six Flags, ATT Stadium, and Globe Life Stadium. The room was clean, well maintained, and spacious. The staff member at checkin was very accommodating for an early checkin and helpful w recommendations. Restaurants are a short drive down the highway, close by DFW standards. The hot breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles to make yourself, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and fruit with coffee, milk and juice. Small variety but plentiful. We enjoyed our stay, and the baseball games.

When we got there everything was good until we arrived to our room. We open the door and it had a smell and it was humid, not even a minute we were in the room when we saw a cockroach at the restroom and I though well maybe only that one nothing else but then we saw one more by the ceiling in the entrance door so we just ask for our refund because we didn’t want to take some back home as we were supposed to stay there for a couple of nights. The sofa that turns into a bed had dirty liner and I checked the bottom of the bed and it had some food leftovers. I know they want to save money too so they can make money but cleaning the rooms and having pest control should be priority no matter what.

I didn't like the room service, it was poor, the room stink and no clean towels. I left my medicine in the room and they refused yo go look and tell me if they had found it so my neice could come pick it up. They said they would call but they never did. I was charged too much for the girst night then $81.38 for the second night. They couldn't explain the charges to me. That's my last stau there.

We had a teribal night we have a room for 2 people and the sifa bed was terrible it didn't have a y sheets pillows or comforters i went to the front office for the sheets and they said they didn't have any in the hotel .i wad cold and uncomfortable. When i check out in the morning i complain and it turns out the we wer not the only ones there like that .ther wer more customers too.i will never stay there agian
