At check in, we were informed of a $50 incidental charge that would be reimbursed after check out - that one charge was authorized by me. The next day (we stayed for 2 nites) there was another $50 incidental charge taken out of my account- this charge was NOT authorized. The hotel said it was just their policy. If they would have been honest upfront, i would have been fine with it. Now I am waiting on a refund - doesnt seem promising that i will get it.

This property was clean and well kept. The rooms were clean. The facility was clean, and the beds were super comfortable ! Good breakfast selections included in the cost. Plus the location was very convenient to get to the AT&T Stadium retirement and several restaurants.
