This is my go-to when visiting Desoto. Always a good experience but this visit we could not get help with tech area and kids ran halls even after report was made to the front desk. As a result I changed properties

I loved the fact that as soon as you walk in the facility it smell good and clean. Staff were nice. And breakfast was good. I did not like the fact that the room we got smelled very humid. Room had too much humidity. And last thing I did not like was the fact that in the morning I found a bad roach, I really hope none got in my things, because I do not have any at home and do not want any.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and the guy that worked the late night shift was very nice as well. What I didn’t like about the hotel is it was very hot in the hallways no air circulating at all and inside the room was very dusty.. and a lot of dust coming from the air vents so I sneezed and coughed when I was in the room. We found dirty socks and a hairpick in the let out couch and the pool was not available. The property smelled clean and fresh.. but they need to work on some things.. the elevator was not mopped good and the couch in the room had dark stains on it.

We payed for a suite and they gave us a down grade when I called as I stepped in room and notice it was it what I reserved she said they were sold out!! I was upset because I hade food that I was going to make as room had stove but had to throw food away due to none and wrong room!!!
