The first room I checked into had a big visible pipe in the ceiling wrapped up with something white and big stains in the carpet and couch. The front desk lady was very nice and moved me to another room. There were stains all over the floor and couch and the room smelled like food.

First, this was a very nice and clean property. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The NEGATIVE....i booked my stay through Expedia for a funeral, was given a specific price and then the day of check in, discovered that i owed $100 more than what i was expecting to pay. When i asked the person who checked me in, i was informed there was nothing she could do because i booked through a 3rd party,blah blah blah. Expedia needs to honor and stand by prices and rates when customers reserve through them and keep customers from experiencing last minute costs‼️

Stay was ok. The hotel looks older and like it had a half as💲remodel. Upon entering the lobby is clean and looks fine but there was a strong chemical smell maybe air freshener or bug spray. The elevator seems to hang on the third floor and you are just happy the door opens into the hot muggy hallway. The room is consistent with the rest of the hotel. The horrible moldy-musty chemical smell in room in nauseating but you get used to it.. Painters only did one cost of paint in areas and you can see old color underneath. Shower has mildew in corners and the edge of the tile by tube is gross. Other than that it was fine. I would pay a little more next time and stay elsewhere.

I arrived about an hour early the young lady named Mrs. Kim B. was the on duty desk staff and she was SUPER sweet and friendly she let me pay in early so 3:00 we just went to our room and the hotel lobby was very fresh the rooms are very spacious the only thing is it had a musty smell when walking into it odor ban is always great to have with you breakfast was good Mrs. Kim was on duty when we checked out as well this is a hotel I will be using again when in the area 👍
