Poor customer service
I love staying at this hotel, but evening shift is better than the morning shift when it comes to customer service. My experience with one particular morning shift employee was not so pleasant. She treated as if I wasn’t a guest. Her energy was negative. And the customers service from her was horrible. I asked to speak to the manager, because their was some confusion regarding charges a damage deposit. Most hotel just keep a card on file. Because I have had issues with the deposit being refund. And besides that, it take days to release, which is why I immediately take pictures of my room before and I when I check out. I didn’t receive housekeeping. I had to ask for towels and I take out the trash the whole time I was there. But they will disturb your enjoy with room checks before your check out time, if you don’t put out the do not disturb sign. The manager was nice, when I did speak with her regarding my concern.

Find another place to stay!
Checked in Sunday evening, lobby was nice and the man who checked us in was also nice. Got to the room and at first glance everything looked clean. Then you start to notice the broken Sheetrock on the corners and misc spots on the wall. Then go to take a shower and there is white splatter all down the wall on the outside of the shower. Then a roach crawled under the bathroom vanity! At one point we were in the hallway and noticed something crawling on the door across from us, yup a roach! We are packing up the couple things we had taken out of our bags and I see a tiny rouch crawl and go behind the outlet plate cover! I was done. We checked out! Also the shuttle is not complimentary, it is $10 a person. Which was not told to us by the front desk when we asked about waiting, luckily another person asked if we had our ticket before the shuttle arrived. For almost $700 it was VERY disappointed. Oh! And when we were checking the bed it had a very large stain on the mattress, and normally I don’t pull it all back that much but the bottom sheet didn’t cover the mattress so that’s how I even saw it, but was really gross.

Incredibly disappointed in this location. We selected it because of proximity to AT&T Stadium and prior reviews. The best part was that it was walking distance to the stadium and offered plentiful free parking. But it was downhill from there. Overall dingy appearance in common area, scuff marks on walls and had an odor. Room was made up nicely, but had water damaged cracked and peeling ceiling. I believe there is mold in the room, as my allergies were immediately triggered. The air conditioning was loud, making it impossible to sleep. The sheets didn’t fit and kept pulling off the corner of the bed. The pool was an absolute nightmare, thankfully we weren’t there to swim but I know many families select these types of hotels for the breakfast and pool for kids. It was green, full of diet and grime and 100% unusable. All around disappointed and will not return to this location or other Comfort Suites.

The breakfast was amazing especially when compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Pancakes in the shape of Texas what!! They had tasty hash browns, Eggs, sausage links and Biscuits w/ gravy. Amazing staff.
