Cleaniness-wise, it's average. Although the facility doesn't look too old, it could use some good cleaning on the carpet in the general area as well as inside the room. Pool definitely needs some cleaning, The bottom is a little crusty. Service and fee policy is where one should be aware. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and they REALLY MEAN IT! If you want to check in before noon, they will slap you a $40 fee. If you want to check in between noon and 3:00 PM, it will cost you additional $30. Tell me something, if the parking lot has only about 5 cars and if you have a room ready, does it cost that much more to provide customer some convenience?! We arrived a little before 2:30 PM and refused to pay the $30 fee, so we just chill out in the lobby, Finally, the manager come to his/her senses at 2:58 PM, and let us know we can check in early. Wow! Whole wopping 2 minutes! And I should be grateful. This would be the first and the last time for me at this place. And..., there is no shuttle to DFW airport.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Breakfast ehh ok. The free breakfasts everywhere are ok but there was a breakfast restaurant about a block away. Access to freeway super close. Easy to get to places from here. We took a lfyt everywhere and there was always a driver less than 5 minutes away. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful staff subpar building
The staff was attentive and so kind. Everything was nice and clean sadly from there it went down hill. We were on the 2nd floor you could hear road traffic all night and people in the rooms above you. The pillows are small just big enough for your head, the towels and sheets are scratchy. The bathroom is big for a hotel. The photos showed a walk in shower it’s a tub/shower. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.
