El personal no es muy amable. No conocen los detalles de las reservaciones de los huéspedes si las mismas se hacen e a través de Expedia. La que nos recibió era latina, pero nunca nos quiso hablar en español. Los empleados lucen molestos, serios y sin ganas de estar trabajando. Un hotel en el cual no me volvería a quedar. No recomiendo si tienen niños. El desayuno es una burla.
