2nd stay here, same room. Really great overall. 1st stay, you could watch tv from the hot tub and this time it was walled off. Not sure the reason for that but certainly not a deal breaker. Still my favorite in this area.
Excellent hotel, great room, clean, and a nice area with plenty to see and do.

This stay was good but when I checked on breakfast she said no food. I believe I read that they served breakfast.
Overall it was good. I also think that this is a sex hotel though.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Horrible experience with this hotel. Supposedly non-smoking but it all reeked of tobacco, including the towels and bedding. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
Quirky hotel down the street from a Buddhist temple. Felt safe as a solo traveler. Close to Camp Walker. Limited english at the front desk but friendly. Really liked the onsite free parking!
I really liked my stay here and in Daegu in general. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel room- almost like a steampunk aesthetic. And the room had a jacuzzi tub, which was awesome.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Not terrible but probably wouldn't rebook
This hotel is nice and clean, the condition is good but perhaps a little outdated in the decor. The bed was very comfortable but I was a little thrown off by the mirrored ceilings. It had a nice, big clean bathroom and bathtub. The parking situation was not great, however. The booking stated there was on-site parking, but there weren't many spaces. A staff member valet parked our car and we left the car key at the front desk. When we picked up our car key in the morning, the car was parked on the street, which isn't a big deal but also I feel like saying they provided onsite parking was a bit of a false advertisement.
The man who worked at the front desk was very very kind. He helped me with anything I needed and greeted me upon arrival. I came about an hour before check in time and he allowed me to check in early which was great. The room itself was spacious and had every toiletry and amenity you could need, hair products, skin care, cleansers, robes, brushes, etc. The decor is really pretty as well. The sound proofing wasn’t great but that’s okay. The room includes a dry cleaning closet as well. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to sleep well day. When I arrived there were some hairs on the floor but no big deal. The older lady who works at the front was quite unfriendly and did not wear a mask. Other than that the stay was comfortable and close to the train station.
A new hotel, in the south of Daegu. A short walk to Yeongnam University Hospital station, on Daegu subway line 1, about 15 minutes rise from Dongdaegu (KTX). Cleaning service must be requested at the front. Close to Apsan for hiking, and the Apsan coffee street. The area is quiet and convenient with a fair amount of options for food and coffee breaks. I felt it was a good base location for my visit to Daegu, and allowed me to get to where I needed to go quickly and easily.
Enjoyed my time here. The language barrier can be irritating, but using a translation application called Papago made things much much eaiser. Rooms were a good surprise in size compared to other hotels that have Standard and Deluxe rooms. Hotel is located not too far from a military base. Also, the front desk called for Taxi and translated my destination for me when I needed the help.
