4 star hotel but the service is without a doubt a 5 star standard (would indicate a higher level if there was one). The staff were incredible from day we arrived till the day we left. This includes the reception staff, bell boys to housekeeping. Extremely attentive and always polite and quick to action. We had some issues with the air conditioning upon arrival and as soon as we voiced our concerns the staff provided temporary alternative room and organised engineers to resolve the issue. They also went out of their way to provide us with snacks, cakes and fruits. The customer service level is of the highest order and we could not be happier with our time at this hotel. A special shout out to Truc, Trinh, Thien and Tung for their amazing attitude The pool is smallish and cold but a nice design. The gym is extremely simplistic. Ok if you just want to lift some weights. Lifts are really fast. Internet speed gets up to about 70-80Mbps (measured using Ookta on a mobile phone). Air conditioning is strong. Water pressure is brilliant and plenty of hot water. If you are on the higher floors (16th) or the lower floors (5th) it can get noisy due to a club/restaurant on the 19th and a conference room on the 2nd. That said any music was always gone by 9pm ish (we were there for close to 2 weeks). And the noise level was very bearable (loud muffle?) Location wise was faultless. On the tail end of the dragon bridge. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants and night market.

The stay was perfect. The receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The porters are exceptional gentlemen - who greeted us at entrance when we came in (I forgot his name) and checked out (Mr. Dieu). The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, markets. We definitely come back to this hotel in our next trips to Da Nang. Thank you.

I like how the hotel is close to store and the dragon bridge. You can just walk. Dieu is so friendly. He open the door for us when we get in and carry our luggage, he even took our luggage up our room. And when we have question about where to go or where store is located at, he will tell us how to get there. Binh, Vy, and Truc is friendly also. Definitely will stay at this hotel again. Got a nice view also.

We stayed for a few days at Vanda in Danang last November. My husband and I had a lovely time during our stay. Binh was very friendly and offered to assist with anything we needed. We booked a Deluxe Double Room with a River View, and the room was exactly as shown on the website. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again when we visit Danang.

Nice room with a great view of dragon bridge!!!

Room was very nice with view of the dragon bridge. Guest relations staff was very helpful. Booked tour for me and called Asus repair shop to assist me in getting my computer repaired. Even though I indicated to reuse towels they were still replaced.

Had an excellent stay 3 nights here. One of the few hotels with indoor pool. They are right beside a McDonalds and other restaurants if want to eat. Very close to night market that is over Dragon Bridge. Will come stay again during next trip :)

The amenities and service of the hotel is more than worth the price. I stayed in the grand suite and the view was amazing. The place was spotless, it's easy to get housekeeping, and the breakfast was amazing. They also offered a complementary ride to the airport when I checked out. Definitely will be staying here again.

Only thing wrong was when I asked for extra water for my CPAP machine they didn’t provide any more and said I could buy from the mini bar. They had a limit of two small bottles per day whereas other hotels provided more if you requested
