Great location on the beachfront and close to restaurants and nightlife. Hotel has everything you need, service was fine and breakfast good. Only criticism is that the materials in the room feel cheap and are already showing their age and water temperature was sometimes lukewarm in the mornings.

Amazing service and outstanding breakfast

Amazing service, they greet you everytime and open the door for you. Press the elevator button and hold the door for you. Staff upgraded our room upon arrival. Hotel provided air port pick up. Rooms are clean. Beds could be newer as mine had a slight dent due to springs being worn out overtime but was not an issue for me. The breakfast here is outstanding. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Da Nang.

Our room and ocean view was beautiful! Very clean! Only complaint not much storage for suitcases, but did accommodate with luggage holder. Food and staff were fabulous! Always there to help and answer any questions. Pool was clean and very nice area to sit and relax.

We got a deluxe ocean view room that faced My Khe beach with its majestic waves. Pros: 1. Great view of the sea and waves 2. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating 3. Good breakfast spread 4. Modern room interior 5. Straight road down to dragon bridge, son Tra night market and downtown danang city centre. Cons: 1. There is construction of new hotel that will inevitably block Stella Maris's beach view eventually. The construction cranes now reach approx. 9th floor (where we stayed at) and despite the staff's claims that construction work will stop after 10pm, it still continued throughout the whole night. Some family members were not able to get good night's sleep. 2. While the staff are very apologetic about it, there is nothing much they can do about it. They gave a plate of fruits (which includes a cut passion fruit) that was wrapped in plastic and we opened up the next night, mold formed on the grapes. We had to discard the plate of fruits sadly. 3. There is a sour smell in the toilet especially after showering - we are not sure if it's the shower curtain or the ventilation fan. 4. the shower room is rather small and once you switch on the rainshower, it will flood the whole toilet. Not a good design. As much as I wanted to like the place for its beach views, the construction cranes really ruin the vibes of the whole place. If you do want to stay here, better to get ocean view room on much higher floor (like 14th floor onwards) or room with city view.

Nice stay

The hotel was very nice good location we thought. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are odd the shower not enclosed and is with toilet so water all on floor and the hand basin is in the room. Weird set up. Breakfast had a good range.

Staff incompetent. We arrived 21:00. I asked if we could eat some place. They said the restaurant had close (it was NYE?!). We wasted time searching for someplace close by (no help from staff). Then we went to top floor pool lounge and although the pathetic band was deafeningly loud, what do you know….they had a food menu! Then checking out in the morning they essentially accused my fiancé of stealing some cheap slippers! We enjoyed our room (which we got for a blow-out low price) but it will lose all its views when the next door Nobu project is completed.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Great breakfast buffet. We decided to use the spa at hotel since it was raining and didn’t feel like going out. It is pricier but I am glad we did! It was so relaxing and they did a great job.
