It was better than expected. It was near high end hotels but at fraction of the cost. A good night sleep and only on the other side to the beach. Would stay again if I come to Da Nang.

All employees were the absolute best. For the price there is no reason to complain. Its a small acquaint hotel boutique and they continue to have tourist bus eat at the hotels restaurant. Practically all Asians. Breakfast was not very desirable for U.S. Americans unless you dont mind Vietnamese foods for breakfast. They do offer eggs for breakfast, either scrambled, medium, if you ask for over easy eggs with runny yoke you better ask for sunny side up otherwise your eggs yoke will be hard cooked. The biggest complaint i had is most of their food is not covered to keep the flies off the food or if people sneeze many people do not turn away or cover their mouth and nose. The fruit was great but they need to continue replacing it because its gone quick. Also cover the fruit. Please...would i stay again chances are yes we would.

The staff is the best part of this property. The rooms are clean and the hotel breakfast is good. They have loner bikes that you can us.

The staff were SUPER friendly and nice and spoke good enough English to hold a conversation and guide us on our travels. Their service to us was never rushed and we felt very much at home with them. Five star service for sure. The property is small but well thought out. Furnishings and fittings were of a good quality. My bed had a creak to it and after I informed them when I checked out, they promised that they would fix it. In comparison, I had the chance to check out another 3 star hotel in a more central location and that was far inferior to Haka.

The staff are all very friendly. The best is that they can speak English and Chinese well. This saved us a lot of trouble in trying to translate to Vietnamese when we make our requests and queries.

Stayed here for 1 week. Considering the price, it's great hospitality and service. If I would suggest something here, they could improve hot water pressure and laundry service. Water flow, pressure of hot water is too weak. Laundry service is not expensive, but better to be free, with limited number of pieces if necessary, for longer term stay.

I had a wonderful time staying at Haka Hotel & Apartment. I arrived an hour later than expected, around 30 minutes past 10pm but the check-in counter was fortunately still open. My room was located at the 4th level, but since there is an elevator I had no difficulties getting to my room. The room was clean and neat when I arrived. The breakfast that was provided was pleasant, although towards the end of service time the selection may run low. While I was having the breakfast, the hotel staff would ask me about my day's plan and provide some useful input, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is of walkable distance to the beach, where you can view an incredible sunrise. Bicycles are also available for rental to get to the beach. The sunrise can also be viewed from level 6 of the hotel. All in all, it was a great experience as the staff and amenities made my experience there a truly enjoyable one.

Great new boutique hotel with everything!

Great little boutique hotel run by extremely professional staff. Extended our stay loved the pool, cooked breakfast, room & friendly staff. Emily on reception helped with Everything from directions to organising a motorbike. A 10 minute walk to a lovely beach with flags or free bikes that can take you to lots of eating places. Taxis are cheap. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel very reasonable Pho loved it. Hotel about 1 year old!

Awesome Haka

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Drinks and fruit upon arrival and a good buffet breakfast. Will definitely head back here.
