We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast buffet was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and though the service was a little slow, the servers were very nice and the food was great. Our flight arrived outside of the free shuttle but the paid limo pickup was great. The driver and hotel staff came to pick us up so checkin was very quick and smooth. We were able to use the free shuttle for drop off so that was very convenient & free. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing. The only thing i wasn’t aware of was the bathroom/shower situation. We normally can re use our towels & need minimal housekeeping help. But because the bathroom showers were very close to the toilets & somewhat “open” , not fully enclosed. The bathrooms got really wet & we needed housekeeping to replace the towels daily. That’s my only complaint since in the US we’re used to having the showers totally separate from the rest of the bathroom. We were in the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 21st floor which had amazing views if the beach.

Bfast was delicious & there was a huge variety to choose from. They also rotate the Bfast menu frequently. Rooftop pool was nice & clean. Fantastic, this hotel is excellent. Subeo the customer service manager went beyond by booking our river cruise and having birthday cake, flowers and special room decorations for our birthday celebration. . She even had a breakfast to go for our early check out. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Room is very nice and clean. Rooftop pool is relaxing. My second stay in this hotel it keeps getting better
