Good location. Quiet around hotel area. Borrow a bike and ride it before sunrise all over Hoi An. Unforgettable experience. When go through market area, better walk with bike.

Absolutely loved our time here. We will certainly be booking again. Location was directly within Old Town, staff were consistently excellent in the resort, free mini bar was a nice touch and the pool was a great place to sit. The stay felt very personalized even though it's a big resort. For anyone wondering, breakfast buffet was decent too

Property location is great very convenient. The only issue is the crossing of the bridge with kids, other than that property amenities were great. Breakfast was amazing and the location of the restaurant and vibe was great. Would stay again.

Great location! Walkable to Old Town or the hotel provides shuttle service. Attentive staff that helped us with tours and transportation. On site dining provides great breakfast and dinner options. We were traveling as couples but the resort accommodates families as well. Rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay again the next time we’re in Hoi An.

Super luxurious Hotel on river front
Hotel was right on the riverfront overlooking the main Old Quarter. Super luxurious with great shower and bathtub. Minibar was free (basic) and replenished daily which was a thoughtful touch. Only drawback was the walk into town across the bridge with a very narrow footpath.

Book a river view!
We loved this hotel for its view of the Ancient Town & river. Super beautiful design, friendly staff and great breakfast! BUT not all rooms have a river view which is why we booked it to begin with. AND the bed isn’t up to 5 star standards in my opinion - very hard & pillows weren’t nice. There was also a very narrow & busy bridge to navigate on your way over to the main town centre which we found inconvenient with 2 little kids and just a narrow ‘footpath’ Otherwise, we love this hotel and would absolutely stay again but would upgrade to a river view room

Bay Resort is in a great location , a short walk to the old town and great views of the boats and lanterns from its quiet riverside location. Check in and front office were very professional , ordering taxis and advising on best places to visit . Rooms are really clean , well serviced and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was very nice .

I reviewed tons of hotels before choosing this one and it was so far the best choice. My room looed over the canal to the night market. The hotel is just over a bride which is less than ten minutes away from the night market. The location was outstanding. I travelled solo and wen out every evening and felt extremely safe. I booked a lot of trips, all of the meeting points were close to the hotel. If I went back to Hoi An, I would have to stay in this hotel and I would want the same room (301). The breakfast was great, which I woke up for every morning ;o)
