I and my husband stayed in Hotel Awaken Danang for 3 nights. The room is spacious with great view. The customer services are excellent and the staff is responsive. Special compliments to the Manager Henry for his awesome service and helpfulness. We took dinner at the top floor and the food was very good at reasonable price. Strongly recommend this hotel in Da Nang.

All of the employees, from the front desk to the restaurant manager, were friendly. They were incredibly nice from the beginning to the end of my stay. All staff were really polite and surprised our son with a birthday treat and birthday card for his second birthday, which was a great gesture. Only cross the road from the beach. Amazing sea views in the room. Room was clean. Pool water was freezing cold (in December), wish it was a heated swimming pool. Little disappointed there’s no rooftop pool.

New hotel steps away from the beach
One of the best hotels we've stayed at over the past 3 months of travelling in Asia. Awaken is a newly opened hotel (less than a year ago) so the facilities are brand new and modern. Initially stayed for 4 nights and then extended for another 4. The reception staff are very kind and attentive. The room and hotel facilities are spotless. Swimming pool on the 6th floor with nice view of the sea. Used it a handful of times and it was always quiet with clean water. Restaurant on the 25th floor offers great view of the entire length of My Khe beach. Looks amazing after dark when it's all lit up. Menu could use an update especially in low season (no pizza or steak when we were there... which was half the menu 😅). The pasta & risotto were lovely though. Restaurant staff were very nice. We stayed in a room with partial sea view and it was really nice. It overlooked the section of the beach where the locals go for a swim and exercise at sunrise. So fun to watch early morning.

We stayed in the family rooms. Amazing views, clean well kept hotel, super new and not abused. The buffet was way better then expected. The staff was helpful and always happy. It was one of my best hotel stays ever.
