Everything about this hotel is nice. Service, cleaningness, location, complementary breakfast. It makes me feel home everytime. If you stay in town after check-out they keep your suitcases and let you access it as many times as you need. Highly recommended!

The hotel was quaint with a simple breakfast. When we got to the breakfast, nothing was ready. We had to wait a while because the bread delivery was not sent yet. It was interesting because it was a mix of stuff available for free and stuff available for sale so it was kind of confusing. The things that looked great of course were for sale and the things that look mediocre of course were free. I was happy that they had hot cocoa powder and sugar and hot milk. But in general, it was just OK. The pillows and the bed were comfy and the water was nice and hot with a good pressure.

A great, central place to stay

Very central position so you can walk everywhere. Great view from breakfast balcony. Nice staff. Stayed twice and brilliant second room. First was a bit small and low ceiling. Offer of free collection from the airport did not materialise but adequate compensation😊

I spent New Year’s Eve and Day in this very convenient and clean hotel . There’s no better place to watch ALL the events , fireworks and people at the comfort and convenience of this hotel room and restaurant’s balcony . Even though I did not made dinner reservations 2-3 months ahead on their restaurant to ring in 2025 , the manager and staff are so accommodating to let me sit in their balcony and order food to celebrate with them . I was a solo woman traveling.

The hotel is right in the heart of Cusco's old town, which made it super convenient and safe to walk around, even at night. It was also a great location for meeting up with our tour guides. That said, the hotel is exposed to a lot of noise, like car honks and street performers right outside. The breakfast was nice, and I really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony with a view of the town. The only downside was during check-in. I asked to use the bathroom a few times (just to wash my hands and use the restroom), but the front desk kept asking me to finish the paperwork first. It was a small thing, but it left a bad impression, and I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time.
