Its ok for those who enjoy simple hotels. The rooftop and the pool is a plus. Air conditioner is loud. It is next to downtown but its surrounding area gets desert after the afternoon, it is dark and feels unsafe so as to walk.

Experiência razoável, mas não ter um secador no quarto foi algo bem surpreendente, negativamente. Café da manhã muito bom, mas a estrutura do banho é antiga; começamos sem água fria e tivemos que ajustar o reguladores de água.

Desconforto e atendimento ruim

Fizemos o Check-in às 14h do dia 22/03/2025 e logo notamos que o ar condicionado não funcionava, pedimos então manutenção. O sr. Juarez chegou às 17h30 e identificou que não tinha conserto. Pedimos mudança de quarto, a recepcionista disse que estava com 100% de ocupação e não seria possível. Pedi então mudança de Hotel para outro da rede e a mesma de forma bem grosseira e diante de outros clientes na recepção disse que não tinha como. Foi então que sr. Juarez conseguiu um ventilador, depois de falar com a gerente e ficar acordado a mudança de quarto para o dia seguinte. Feito a mudança no dia seguinte, o ar condicionado parou às 03h da manhã e não conseguimos descansar, ao tentar falar com recepção - telefone do quarto estava mudo. Enfim, só no dia seguinte foi resolvido e a central de ar por ser antiga - disparava o desligamento a cada 05h de uso (são aquelas quadradas que não tem controle remoto). Fora esses transtornos terríveis - o quarto tem limpeza diária e o café da manhã esta dentro do padrão. Porém, durante toda a estadia não tivemos conforto e descanso, devido o transtorno do ar condicionado. (Tenho a foto do quarto e não consegui carregar aqui pelo site).

Muito boa a experiência. Acredito que poderiam melhorar os travesseiros que são um pouco desconfortáveis. Também poderia haver quartos com apenas uma cama com valores mais baixos. Na minha viagem passei uma noite sozinho no quarto e no dia seguinte um amigo meu chegou até o hotel e ficou hospedado comigo. Foi cobrado um valor de r$160,00 por duas noites dele, porém ele dormiu apenas uma noite. Poderiam revisar essa questão, pois efetuei o pagamento de duas noites sendo que ele ficou efetivamente uma e o hotel não reembolsou qualquer valor. De resto tá tudo excelente!
