Estava com mais pessoas então reservamos dois quartos… um era muito bom, instalações boas, smart tv, poltronas e no geral limpa… a outra, no mesmo corredor… parecia um pesadelo, suja, fiação toda danificada, sem controle de tv, bem diferente da outra… acho que vai da sorte da pessoa… conversamos na recepção sobre as instalações estarem ruins de um quarto e veio um moço da manutenção, super educado e quem salvou do hotel, ele conseguiu nos ajudar com algumas questões… mas mesmo estando ruim a recepção não nos trocou de quarto e o atendimento delas era bem ruim e confuso, cada uma passava uma informação diferente… O café da manhã é razoável, tem o básico, os sucos são bem ruins e no segundo dia tinha um bolo bem passado… A localização é muito boa, dá para ir para alguns lugares a pé. A piscina é muito pequena e pela posição pega pouquíssimo sol, acabamos não usando.

Apos o check in foi necessario trocar o apto pois nao tinha aparelho de telefone, pois a instalação está estragada, faltava controle da Tv , nao foi feita trocas de toalhas e péssima a limpeza no apto no banheiro e no chao do quarto

Estadia muito boa e agradável
Estadia muito boa, tanto o quarto quanto roupas de cama e banho, tudo bem limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã bem servido, inclusive os bolos caseiros, uma delícia. Colaboradores muito atenciosos, acabamos chegando de madrugada por conta de acidentes na BR e a recepção foi muito agradável e acolhedora.

Péssima experiência. Esqueci alguns itens no banheiro e fui impedido de recuperá-los cerca de 1h após fazer o check-out. Me informaram que os itens esquecidos ficam numa sala trancada e que só uma pessoa tem acesso, porém ela não estava trabalhando. Mesmo pedindo pra entrarem em contato com essa pessoa, não fui atendido. Infelizmente, senti que meus itens de higiene pessoal foram subtraídos. Não recomendo para ninguém.

O Hotel é bom, não é dos mais bonitos e modernos, mas atende bem, para quem busca um lugar para descansar a noite. Única coisa é que as camas de cal são muito estreitas e não oferecem edredons, apenas cobertores.

O café da manhã precisa ser melhorado, porque tem muitos pães, queijos, bolos, sucos, água, iogurte. Porém, falta mais variedade, falta tapioca, falta inhame, falta batata doce. A limpeza precisa ser melhorada. O quarto que me botaram a cama era muito baixinha... O atendimento foi nota 10 dos funcionários do hotel.
