Péssimo.
Horrível, não ficamos no quarto escolhido, o hotel não tinha acessibilidade para entrar em contato com a recepção. Não conseguimos fazer o check in pq o hotel estava sem internet para fazer, nisso mandaram a gente ir pra outro hotel da msm rede e lá tbm deu problema. Toalhas podres. Ar condicionado não funciona. Chão sujo. Pior experiência.

Hospedagem no final de semana
No banheiro não tinha as conveniências de praxe, como sabonete e shampoo. O papel higiênico estava no fim e não havia um reserva. Pedi na recepção e tive que descer para buscar, porque não levam até o apartamento. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e os atendentes simpáticos e cordiais.

Não conseguimos ficar no quarto, estava MUITO MOFADO em todas as partes, cama, parede, etc, frigobar em péssimas condições com mofo interno e na borracha. Não tinha outro quarto disponível, tivemos que sair as 2h da manhã em busca de outro hotel.

Quartos pequenos, ar condicionado jurássico (silencioso como um cortador de grama) e café da manhã bem básico. A equipe é atenciosa, faz o que pode. Garagem cobrada a parte (35,00), porém não comporta muitos carros, não é garantido que vc consiga uma vaga.
