Stay away if you want to feel you are in Curitiba
This hotel is well located in the center of Curitiba in a beautiful street what makes harder to stay in this hotel because the change of view when you enter into the hotel seems like you are entering into another reality. Don't waste your time and go to another place. The hotel is dirty with stained floor everywhere and furniture like you get at the curb in poor neighborhoods. The room was clean. We couldn't close tge window because it was suffocating hot and ac was non- existent. Mosquitoes swarmed inside and you got the picture. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the local but the place didn't give me appetite. We made a point if taking picture in the deceiving balcony, only place worthy of guests.

Great value and location for downtown hotel
Excellent balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of downtown. Extensive but simple breakfast buffet. Overall a good value for the money.

Boa localização & ótima equipe
O hotel conta com uma localização espetacular. Durante a semana que fiquei hospedado, pude andar bastante pelas ruas de Curitiba e conhecer vários locais legais. A estrutura do hotel, em si, é antiga; os quartos, um pouco velhos, mas a equipe, sobretudo os recepcionistas Neide e Mateus, fazem com que a estada seja ainda mais agradável. Só tenho a agradecer pela atenção e cuidado que toda a equipe teve comigo. No mais, recomendo aos que estão em dúvidas no que tange ao local onde ficar na Terra do Pinhão, ainda mais se for uma viagem solo, como foi a minha.

Bom custo benefício. Pontos positivos: Hotel central próximo a vários pontos comerciais conseguindo fazer muita coisa a pé. Ponto negativo: sem condições de estacionar ou parar carro para descarregar as malas. Se estiver chovendo fica pior ainda a experiência. Café da manhã razoável, pouca opção, poderia ter pão de queijo ou uma torta salgada para melhorar.

Em nenhum momento foi informado na venda e troca de msg que não tem elevador do nível da rua para o primeiro andar onde fica a rexepcao. Tem q carregar as malas na mão e não tanto sobe, não tem maleiros. No quarto não tinha tapete de banho, nenhum cabide e frigobar desligado. Quando pedi secador informaram q há apenas dois no hotel, q já estavam em uso e deveriam ser devolvidos em uma.hora, o que não ocorreu. A recepcionista disse q ligou nos quartos mas não at ndwram e não foram bater na porta. As 22h tive que tomar banho no meu quarto e descer, com 11graus, para um banheiro no térreo que tinha s cador, preso a parede. A banheira foi remendada, não está mais em uso, vaza água constantemente e o teto está com a pintura descascada e pendurada. Em 30 anos que me hospedo em.hotel, esse foi o pior com certeza!!!

Não foi boa no que se refere ao que pedi, paguei e recebi. Estive em viagem à Curitiba em julho de 2024 e estava bem frio: chuveiro não esquentava, ar condicionada estava sem funcionar, nos foi fornecido um cobertor somente e, ao pedirmos mais, o atendente não queria nos fornecer, reservei dois quartos com cama queen e em um dos quartos havia cama de casal. Enfim, foi bem desagradável.
