Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

O hotel e muito bom, localização e muito boa, o atendimento também. Único problema e que o estacionamento tem que pagar por fora, R$ 35 reais o dia e fica 100 metros do hotel e isso não foi dito no anúncio apenas que tinha manobrista. Fora isso o hotel e bom e o preço também.

Hotel atende o proposto para uma estadia rápida. Apenas dão um cartão de acesso ao cartão, tendo que deixar na portaria toda vez q sair. Se for em grupo, pode ser um dificultador. Limpeza deixa a desejar, bem como o café da manhã. Café da manhã extretamente básico.

Funcionarios na recepcao conversam sobre as dificuldades no trabalho de forma aberta sem se preocupar se clientes ouvem. Visivel a limitacao de recursos e investimento de manutenção no hotel. Tampa do vaso do banheiro quebrada/solta. Estávamos em quarto triplo e tínhamos somente uma chave. Estado geral do hotel ruim.

Meu quarto estava limpo, porém as toalhas estavam rasgadas e o edredom com cheiro estranho. O colchão é bastante duro e em mal estado de conservação. Para quem tem criança pequena, não recomendo, as sacadas não tem proteção. Quanto a localização é boa, contudo caso você necessite de estacionamento, o mesmo fica a 500m de distância do hotel em uma região não confortável de se andar a pé.
