The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place.

The room it’s nothing like it shows in the photos. Not clean, very bad mattress, old towels, horrible breakfast. The lobby had strong smell coming from sewer... after comment with front desk, the person told she couldn’t smell anything wrong... On my second day, I left early, came back after 3pm and the room was still not clean, bed still messy and not clean towels... very dissatisfying

Vale o custo benefício
Confesso que ao reservar este hotel fiquei com muito medo, devido aos comentários. Porém fui surpreendida com um quarto limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas, cama confortável e chuveiro ótimo. O café da manhã tinha tudo que era necessário e os funcionários da recepção muito educados. É um hotel antigo e que precisa de algumas manutenções, porém percebi que o hotel já está em obras. Vale muito a pena o custo benefício, além disso o hotel fica no centro da cidade.

Foi uma grande decepção. Não indico o hotel. O apartamento não se parece nem minimamente com as fotos do aplicativo, a cama era muito ruim, o banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto, e não tinha papel higiênico. Fui reclamar do papel higiênico e a pessoa mandou eu descer e buscar na recepção, não se dando o trabalho de levar até o apartamento. Atendimento de forma geral muito ruim, apenas fui. Em atendido no momento do Check in, por uma funcionária bem simpática.

Não foi um bom custo benefício
O apartamento tem tamanho bom, banheiro bom, chuveiro bom, 2 camas de viúvo, porém o hotel é sujo, limpeza péssima nos quartos, tive que pedir para trocar e o segundo quarto que me ofereceram estava cheio de mofo nas paredes, toalhas de banho mais pareciam panos de chão, roupas de cama bem desgastadas, carpetes dos Halls nojentos e fedidos, salão de café da manhã com muita sujeira e louças sujas nas mesas por muito tempo, pois não tinha funcionários suficientes para atender a demanda. Apesar do preço razoável, não foi um bom custo benefício.

CWB hotel Rede Andrade
A qualidade do café da manhã é fraco, poucas opções, poderia ser melhor. Na última noite da estadia, hóspede do quarto vizinho (1003) ficaram conversando alto a noite inteira não consegui dormir, a pessoa da recepção subiu duas vezes para conversar os bagunceiros, mas pouco adiantou, enfim fiquei sem dormir. Quanto ao quarto que fiquei era confortável e agradável. E a localização do hotel muito boa fica no coração da cidade com diversas opções. Por fim, quero sugerir a direção do hotel que tenha um posicionamento mais firme com hóspedes problemáticos, para que outros hóspedes não passar pelo que passei, bastante cansado, e não pude dormir em virtude do desrespeito de hóspedes que não obedece as regras do estabelecimento, que o hotel venha ter postura mais firme nestas situações.
