I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center.

It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Razoável para Bom

O quarto era de um bom tamanho com TV aberta e aplicativos, tinha bastante cheiro de ambiente fechado mas a cama era confortável, lençóis limpos. Precisei solicitar um cobertor a mais e prontamente fui atendida. O banheiro era ok. Ar-condicionado bom e funcionando perfeitamente, frigobar também. Café da manhã bom e diverso. Único detalhe negativo foi em relação ao secador de cabelos que havia solicitado e na hospedagem fui informada de que não tinha pois havia queimado.

Custo-benefício para quem quer um local pra dormir

Ficamos para uma estadia de fim de semana na cidade. O hotel nos atendeu bem. Pagamos estacionamento da moto a parte. Não é muito estruturado, o prédio é antigo e adaptado, mas deu tudo certo. O café é bem servido e com opções básicas, porém boas. Minha única reclamação seria a cama que não era colchão de casal, e sim dois colchões de solteiro juntos. Pouco travesseiro. Mas o ar condicionado funciona bem, e cumpriu ao objetivo para dormirmos e sair pela cidade. E a localização é muito boa, fica perto para ir a pé em vários locais do centro.

Bom

Achei a recepção muito boa, porém pegamos dois quartos e um deles a TV não funciona, e o chuveiro TB denorava muito pra esquentar e teve um dia que não esquentou. O café da manhã estava muito bom.
