The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

Ar condicionado não funcionou, telefone quarto não funciona. A Ducha faz um barulho horrível e não esquenta. O funcionário disse que precisava deixar uns 10 minutos de água caindo, ou seja, preocupação ambiental com desperdício de água não existe. Café da manhã falta tudo. Para entrar estacionamento alguém tem que descer pra avisar na portaria para abrirem. Inacreditável

O atendimento dos funcionários é bom, mas todo o resto não compensa. A cama é horrível, estava completamente afundada de um dos lados. A cama de casal, inclusive, é a junção de duas camas de solteiro. O quarto é muito antigo, com rachaduras no teto, o espelho do banheiro todo manchado. No primeiro dia tinha água quente, no segundo, não. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Quanto à localização, fica bem em frente ao mercado municipal e tem uma parada do ônibus de turismo bem na frente do hotel também, mas à noite as ruas ficam tomadas por moradores de rua, causando uma sensação de insegurança. Resumindo: não voltaria, nem recomendo.
