The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

Precisa ter mais atenção com a manutenção principalmente do banheiro pia entupida com cabelos, descarga tbm nao estava funcionando meu marido que arrumou. A cama estava bem descongortavel, parece quando as molas estouram.

Não recomendo! As fotos são pura enganação. Os quartos são extremamente sujos, com cheiros de mofo, filtro do ar condicionado estava imundo e o banheiro com cheiro forte de esgoto. Café da manhã tinha poucas opções e o tempo de reabastecimento das comidas é muito demorado dependendo da quantidade de hóspedes. Se não chegarmos até 8h para o café não comemos algumas opções.

A cama estava arrumada, mas percebemos que o lençol de baixo não tinha sido trocado. Reclamei com a atendente e a mesma me forneceu dois lençois extras. No quarto que ficamos a TV é antiga e pegava poucos canais, inclusive os canais abertos. Não tinha toalheiro no banheiro.

Um hotel excelente!

Foi excelente minha estadia e de minha família neste hotel. Fomos bem tratados desde a recepção até o dia seguinte no café da manhã. Quando formos novamente em Curitiba, tentarei reservar nele novamente.Até a localização.Fica perto de vários pontos históricos e comerciais.Deu pra ir a pé em muitos deles.

Atendimento excelente, colaboradores gentis e atenciosos. Quarto com roupa de cama e banho muito cheirosos e limpos. A limpeza no geral estava boa. O interfone não funcionava, um ponto negativo. O café da manhã simples, porém saboroso. Tinha poucas opções. O estacionamento pequeno, caro e fora de mão, outro ponto negativo. No geral nossa estadia foi muito boa.
