Great Place
Totally enjoyed. My only suggestion with flu and virus season upon us, I would like to see someone wiping down machines to help alleviate germs. I do love Rocky Gap and I will be back. Service and food great. Also, couldn’t beat the fall view.

We like coming to Rocky Gap because of the relaxing outdoor area. The staff was helpful, but our complaint was that there just isn't enough staff! We tried to order food at Signatures and it was going to be over an hour wait, not to mention the bar person was being pulled into the kitchen to assist. We never bothered to order even drinks. The rooms are spacious, a shame there aren't cafe tables/chairs to sit and look out the window at the view. Some areas are starting to show wear. Rocky Gap is still one of our favorite places to come for a short get away.

We had a great time this weekend and will definitely return. The only thing that impacted our stay was the lack of servers in the restaurants. This delayed being seated as the servers working could only take a certain number of tables. This also impacted our meal service. Our server was fantastic but we could see she was being pulled in many directions. Hopefully the resort can entice more service staff.

First - if you book and pay for "lake view" I advise you check if it a a FULL lake view. Our 'lake view' on the third was 2/3 a direct shot and view of the black tar roof of a wing of the building, bright colored ladder and shiny vents! Having paid nearly $200 for the room, this was unacceptable to me. However it was a birthday treat for someone and asking to change rooms to a real lake view did not go over well. The room was clean and neat, the staff friendly, easy parking. The highlight was sitting by the fire pit at night, looking over Lake Habeeb and watching the ducks. The fall colors in October were gorgeous and well worth the stay. Too bad we couldn't really appreciate it from our expensive"lake view" room

Rude and racist staff. Employees were curt and very unwelcoming to my family. I arrived at 12:30…waited 5 hours for the room to be “inspected” although it was already clean. The restaurant staff at the restaurant was abrasive and did not smile at all. We were concerned about ordering food, not knowing if food would be tainted, etc. This is not a resort for African american families. Maybe that is the intention.

We have been there 3 or 4 times to stay days and loved but our experience but this time very bad. our room 223 needed new mattress You do know they have to be replaced. My husband had to sleep in a chair and he has had a broken pelvis, and your casino payoffs are terrible. They weren't like that before 1.25 and you win 10 cents shame shame. We will not be coming backi.

Beautiful property on the lake rooms look like they were newly renovated property was very clean Our only complaint was that there were no wine glasses in one of the restaurants and wine was served in small plastic cups

Interior was not impressive but the outdoor area were top notch. Multiple fire tables and private seating areas around the lake. Perfect picturesque trees with fall colors reflecting over the water.
