The desk clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. There was a good hot breakfast with plenty of food. Location was close to the US highway.

All good except , very hard to open doors. No indicator light showing it unlocked. observed other people bring employee to open door , thinking their key card was no good.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time staying at your hotel. Our room was perfect! The grounds were kept impeccable! Breakfast was the best we have seen in Cullman so far!

Toilet didnt work at all and I had to fix it. Then it decided to not flush later in stay. Thoroughly disappointing. Fees were tacked on in middle of night that was NEVER told of. Not even on first nights invoice. Then added another night next morning. There was $90 extra fees added and no explaination. So beware. But hey the coffee machine was okay

Property is dated, smells of mold and carpet was moist from humidity. The other people staying there were outside partying and being extremely loud right outside other rooms. Just avoid!
