This Hotel is the Best of The Best! We always stay here on our trips to Cuernavaca. They make you feel like Family. Everything in this Hotel is Great and Peaceful. Best place to get away and relax. You could never go wrong in this Hotel. I travel a lot, and it’s hard to find a place like this.

This is a gorgeous place. It has nice amenities, the customer/guest service was great. The pool was quite enjoyable and the perfect temperature. The vegetation and koi ponds all around are truly memorable. Will be back some day!

Property is in a great location and the grounds were beautifully kept. Grocery store is accross the street and can retrieve MEX currency from the ATM machines. Uber was simple to get around. Our favorite resturant for breakfast was only 2 blocks down the road called Pueblo Mágico Restaurante.

This little piece of property really opens up big when you step in from off the street. You’re greeted by friendly staff at the service counter and a concierge is present to take your bags to your room. The grounds and the rooms are well maintained and great care has been taken to ensure that you forget about what is outside the walls of the hotel. Our room has a great view, and the restaurant has okay food. An issue that I found, however, was that we were asked how much of a trip we wanted to provide rather than give us the option to leave a tip based on the services provided. This led to a very uncomfortable moment because we decided in the moment to leave a tip in cash on the table. After the looks of disapproval from the woman who finished our bill, we left. Remember that tips are not compulsory, and the service provided want above and beyond that would make me want to provide more.

We arrived there late in the evening and it was very pretty. The place looked like a garden and was very clean. The reason I am giving 3 starts is because we did not have hot water in the shower. We reported it and we got hot water until the next morning. Also we are vegetarian and their restaurant did not have anything for us to eat except a "cheese pizza". We had to go away to find food we could have.
