The Port hotel is right on the water so the view from the room - which is a bit outdated - but clean - is really nice. I heard that all their rooms face the water! Oddly our room had no drawers. There was a rolling metal basket type thing in a cabinet, but no dresser, or even shelves in the closet. There is a restaurant & bar on site, we didn't eat/drink there, but they looked nice - the bar area has amazing views. There is also a marina that has a super cute shop with everything you could want for a day on the water. It's sad that they're building a big hotel, marina & eventually condos on this site, because the old Florida charm that is currently has (minus the construction site), will be gone. I'd definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
The hotel was dated. Nothing like the photos on Orbitz. The bed linens were bottom of the line.Would'nt consider staying there again.

If you’re looking for a great view, friendly environment, and don’t mind a place without all the bells and whistles this place is for you. Very quaint. Probably wouldn’t please the kids as much as it would a couple wanting a peaceful getaway. We’ll use it again next year.
Très belle vue de puis la chambre sur la Riviera. The only problem is still the super noisy air conditioning. This seems to be a general problem in the USA.... 5 days where we don't sleep properly because every 10 minutes the air conditioning turns on...

The view from balcony was wonderful! Old hotel but everything worked well and beds were comfortable and room very clean! Restaurant right next door and close to many more. Quiet area so sleep not disturbed. Very relaxing.

Very old building. But clean, nice water view, goo
There were literally missing walls and insulation hanging from wall in the lobby. I tried to cancel as I felt this place was unsafe and I had children with me, they refused and blamed it on Expedia and Expedia stated that they were fine with me canceling and that the hotel refused my cancelation. Terrible experience!

We absolutely love staying at The Port. The views are amazing and the staff are great.
The place is a 1950’s motel experience on the Kings Bay with coffee and donuts as complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant and tiki bar attached which are very good and right on the water. Tour and dive boats are available to see the manatees in an area viewable from the Motel. It needs renovations, but the location is perfect for anything you want to do.
Old, and not comfortable beds. TV outlet, and bathroom outlet not safe. Stairs and no elevator. No ice in ice machine. Very quiet room. Great balcony to watch sunset.
This place is very nice. The rooms are dated and the floors were dirty. Otherwise, very friendly staff and an excellent view from our room with a balcony. The pluses far outweighed the negatives. We would stay again!
We had a room right on the water and saw a beautiful sunset. There is a wonderful restaurant and Tiki bar next door to the hotel. Unfortunately, the Marriott has bought the property and it is currently under construction. In another year or so, the original hotel (where Elvis stayed during filming of a movie) will be gone. Overall, would stay again even if it is a Marriott!
